Avast For Business Mac Expired

Avast for Mac is like all other Avast products in that you have 60 Days to use the program after that you must purchase the program. Avast for Mac is $39.95(USD) or you can buy Avast for Mac + PC which includes the Mac version and the Professional edition of the windows version for $49.95(USD).

I'm using free Avast. I always paid for virus programs before and was considering paying for Avast, but it has nagged me so much since I started using the free version, it put me off.

Anyway, a couple of weeks ago is started giving me messages that my license is expiring soon (again, I'm using the FREE version). I got them every freaking day, several times a day. It's culimated in a message saying my license expires today -- and it's said that for days. It gives me the option to pay for Avast (which I will not do at this time due to this very issue I'm reporting) or to continue with the free version. I have chosen the latter option several times over the last few days and it does nothing. I keep getting the messages and popups and it's clear that they will not stop until I pay.

So, why is Avast pretending I can continue with the free version? Or, is that I CAN, but the price of using it is the daily nag screens? Please advise: either way, your sales tactics have actually caused me to not pay for something I was otherwise quite willing to pay for. I'm using free Avast. Avast For Business Review

Please advise: either way, your sales tactics have actually caused me to not pay for something I was otherwise quite willing to pay for. No, that did not help. Now whenever I start my computer I get a message that Avast has expired but 'don't worry, there is another year of protection waiting for you.' There is a button to click to register for another year.

When I click it, it takes me to a page with a loading error screen. I've done this three days in a row. It can't load the page.

When I open the console I see this: When I click on the link to activate my account or to register, I get the same issue as last week: I am presented with a screen offering either the paid or free version. If I select FREE it takes me to a page asking me to upgrade for the special low price. I do not wish to (as I said, i was going to pay for it, but I don't want to feel like I'm extorted into it) but there is no other option to select. I have resolved my problem by paying for BitDefender instead.
